Machine introduction
Peanut butter grinding equipment is the most commonly used colloid mill. Through the ultrafine grinding of peanut particles, the homogenization and mixing are realized, and the main technical indexes have reached the level of similar products abroad.
The colloid mill relies on the relatively high speed rotating motion of the two tooth surfaces of the rotor and the stator, while maintaining a small gap between the stator. When the processed peanut butter passes between the high-speed rotating stator, it is subjected to strong shear force, centrifugal force and friction force, and at the same time, the peanut butter is dispersed, crushed and homogenized under the action of complex force such as high-frequency vibration and high-speed vortex.
